Royal Mail wishes to inform the designated operators of other Union member countries that, over the last week, EMSEVT scans for the express and registered (both import and export) products have been affected by an IT system issue.
This is being treated as urgent. A fix is expected soon and the backlog of messages will then be relayed. At this stage, Royal Mail is not transmitting any EMSEVT scans to its partners, although they are available at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/.
Royal Mail thanks designated operators for their understanding and cooperation and will inform them as soon as the situation returns to normal.
